Nonprofit Ecosystem Program
The purpose of this program is to provide a free service and tool to assist nonprofits in identifying areas of success and opportunity in their mission impact and internal practices. When opportunities are identified for nonprofits, TOCA CO will work to connect them with local resources and tools that will meet their needs.

Survey will be anonymous to help ensure honest answers
Surveys will not be shared with the organization in their raw form to ensure there is no staff retaliation
Compiled data will be shared, ensuring that nobody can be individually identified

In the MOU all required documents will be identified with a timeline on when to expect the retrieval of documents
There will be a confidentiality agreement between TOCA and the Organization on sensitive documents.
3. Have TOCA Non-Profit Ecosystem group work together to analyse data received using the Non-Profit Matrix as guidance
As a group we will review all data and surveys received
Working as a collective we will score the non-profit with the matrix in the MOU
