And advocate for the programs and services that are missing. Each of our programs focuses on training, lifting up the community around us, and empowering.

Non-Profit Community Builder Program
To provide a free service and tool to assist nonprofits in identifying areas of success and opportunity in their mission impact and internal practices. When opportunities are identified for nonprofits, TOCA CO will work to connect them with local resources and tools that will meet their needs.

Unboxed Relationship Academy
Are you ready to experience stronger, more meaningful relationships—both at home and in the workplace? The UnBoxed Relationship Academy is a free, interactive, one-hour relationship workshop designed specifically for leaders, CXOs, directors, and anyone committed to fostering positive, lasting connections in their personal and professional lives.

Community Navigator and Neighborhood Violence Prevention Planning
Our Community Navigator program that will work with neighborhoods across the city to identify community safety needs, heal harms and divides, establish trustworthy relationships, and create community-centered strategies for public safety without over-relying on law enforcement.

Monthly Denver Taskforce to Reimagine Policing and Public Safety Strategy Meetings
A community think tank that meets virtually every month to develop proposals and advocacy to further community-centered public safety in Denver.
